An apple a day, keep your doctor away

According to an American study, apple has a lot of antioxidant flavonoid, gelatin, Vitamin C, fiber and other Vitamin and mineral. Besides its nutritious value, apple can do a lot of thing to help your body’s metabolism. It can even help you to prevent certain kind of diseases.

Vitamin C can help you digest food. Fiber can help your bowel movement. Apple can help your kidney to excrete toxin and especially good in dissolving fat that you eat.

The antioxidant flavonoid can prevent you having coronary heart disease and heart blood vessel disease. This substance and other chemical can prevent LDL cholesterol oxidize and enter into your blood vessel forming blood clot. Gelatin do the work to lower the cholesterol inside your body.

Apple has the highest level of antioxidant among all fruits. Antioxidant is effective in fighting cell mutation, a cause of having cancer.

According to another study from Finland, people who eat apple often can have a lower risk to having stroke.

It is better to eat apple with skin because the skin contain the most nutritious value and the gelatin. But be sure to wash your apple thoroughly. Eat all kind of apples. When you buy apple sauce or apple cider, be sure they have the label that said “Made with whole apple”.
